Bangalore Dreams

I'd very much hoped that I wouldn't have to start this blog up again and just concentrate on my AdventuringMaya blog. BUT I must not see the fact that I am writing this as negative, but rather something positive. Because writing heals, that's for sure.

Of course I could hope with all my heart that a change of location would help me sleep, but it was perhaps unrealistic. My insomnia has become such a learned habit and behaviour that it will take more than a leap across the seas to close the door on sleeplessness.

Since being in India, I'm taking advantage of the (comparatively) cheaper prices of treatments and therapies and here's what I've tried so far:

* Ayuravedic medicine
* Bharat Thakur Yoga
* New, nightly breathing techniques
* Reiki
(Hypnotherapy, Acupressure & Relaxation CD's are also on the cards)

As always, it's been up and down, up and down. But I am so, SO determined to not less this beat me. In the meantime, I muddle through the bad days and grab the good with a grin as wide as the world.
