During the thirty-two years of my life, this current has taken me on many journeys, some unexpected and surprising, some which I've been joyfully swept along with and some which have given me pain. At the moment, I feel as though life's current is taking me in another direction again. I think I needed to have had this time in India to set me on the right course: to write, to have some time for myself, to think about my next steps, to discover Reiki. And as for my sleep, it will come.
